Hey all. I just wanted to share my thoughts about last night's show. I thought it was excellent. Sure, at first it was terrible, but that only refers to the audience. Where we were sitting alot of people decided to sit in seats that weren't there's. So, during the first few songs we had people crawling all over us, and interrupting our favorite songs. After that though, it got better and I could really enjoy the show. Tim Reynolds is amazing, that's all I can say about him. Amazing. :) BTW, even though I complained about the audience, it got was ok after people found their right seats. As someone else said, Dave didn't mention anything to the crowd at all. And, according to him, last night's venue was the largest he and Tim had played so far. SO, given the size of the audience, it really wasn't that bad. The show was excellent actually.

Dave said this was "by far the largest venue thay were playing on this tour." Considering that, I thought the crowd was pretty well behaved. Of course, there are a few exceptions. You would think people would get tired of yelling "WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" during every song, but apparently not. I did not see one taper (at least no mic stands), but I'll have to check on this. I can't really put into words what it was like to just sit with the binoculars and watch them jam their asses off. You feel like you're the only one in the room and it's amazing to watch them have so much fun. The show had such a different feel than DMB shows, I didn't have the slightest urge to sing along (other people had different ideas). Saw Timmy go out to the bus before the show, but no Dave sightings. They pulled the bus into a tunnel after the show, which was a good idea because, being Fat Tuesday, they would have been bombarded by beads.
