Bonnaroo NE Cancelled

Promoters have cancelled Bonnaroo NE, the three-day Riverhead, NY music festival planned for August that was to feature Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds. After the Field Day Music Festival was forced to move their two-day music festival from Riverhead to Giants Stadium last weekend, due to permit problems, the promoters of Bonnaroo NE decided to simply cancel their event, according to a statement on the Bonnaroo NE website. They intend to provide full refunds, of course, and carry on with Bonnaroo in Tennessee this coming weekend. Our thanks to Chris Tashjian for the tip.
