London Promo and Appearances

Dave's appearances in London appear to be humbling, to say the least. Though Dave Matthews Band might be quite famous here in the U.S., they're nobodies overseas. London's Telegraph has a story today whose title says it all: "Dave, the unknown superstar." The newspaper is even giving away five-track DMB promo CDs in their Saturday edition. Let's hope that some of those make it stateside. Strangest of all is Dave's appearance at a Virgin Megastore on Tuesday: he'll be playing in the store, for free, solo, at 1pm. Crazy.
