ATO Starts Film Company

Billboard is reporting that ATO Records is branching out into film, by starting ATO Productions. It's now partnering with the "Amandla!" producers to release the film, and not just the soundtrack as we previously reported. ATO intends to have 2-3 films in development by the end of this year. ATO Records was founded early in 2000 by Dave Matthews, Coran Capshaw, Michael McDonald and Chris Tetzeli. Thanks to Mike Kibbons for the tip.
