Nevada Dumping Suit Settled

A lawsuit filed by a passenger on that ill-fated Chicago cruise last August has been settled out of court, the Chicago Sun Times reports. After bus driver Stefan Wohl was found guilty of illegally discharging the tanks, DMB started settling the various lawsuits. In the case of this suit, which was filed by a Nevada family, $50,000 was sought; the sum of the settlement was not disclosed.
