ATO Releasing Amandla! Soundtrack

ATO Records is releasing the soundtrack to Amandla!, a South African documentary about the role that music played in the fight against apartheid. In addition, ATO will be releasing an all-star album, co-produced by Dave Matthews, inspired by the music of the film and featuring collaborations between Western and South African musicians. (Think Vusi Mahlasela's contribution to the song "Everyday.") ATO Records was founded early last year by Dave Matthews, Coran Capshaw, Michael McDonald and Chris Tetzeli. Variety has the story.
