So, I've been telling this story every night, 'cause it's kind of a groovy little story, even though it?s a
little bit sad. Well, I think it?s sad -- you might just think it?s fucking hilarious, but -- anyway, it was
sad for me.

Anyway, I was, I was in New York City. I was, uh, I was finishing off this album that just have been
working on, so -- and I think it sounds pretty fucking good.

Anyway, so I was walking down the street between sessions, and uh, I wanted to find, I think, um, a
museum, or a, or a bookstore or something -- anyway, I can?t fucking, a deli -- I don?t know what
the fuck I was looking for. Anyway -- anyway, there was um, there was a girl. I didn?t know where I,
how to get where I was going, and she?s part of the reason I can?t remember where I was going.

But anyway, I asked her, I said, you know, how do I get to wherever it was, and ??.

Um [sing song voice]

she said, take a left take a right,
turn ??
and I said thank you very much
and I walked away
I took about twenty paces I guess
and then I thought, damn she was

[falsetto singing]

fine
so I turned around,
and I went back and she was gone.

[storytelling again]

Anyway, before you get too excited ... She was little though. She was little. She wasn?t, I mean, she
wasn?t all that little, but she was, she wasn?t a Vogue model, she was -- little lips, and little hips,
and I can imagine a little tiny ring through her navel, and she had big eyes.

[singing]

Where could she be now?
